Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control (customs, carrier delays, weather, etc).
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship worldwide. However, some countries may restrict the import of coffee or food products. Please check your local regulations before ordering.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
